Returns & Refunds Policy
At Twizzle, every product is made specially for you — customised, personalised, and crafted with care.
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, all purchases are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
1. No Cancellations, Returns or Refunds
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing and personalizing your product.
For this reason:
Orders cannot be cancelled after placement.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all products sold on mytwizzle.in, including:
Polaroids, magnets, story magazines, journals, personalised boxes, return gift sets, and all custom or curated gifts.
2. Exceptions – Only in Case of Damage or Wrong Product
While we do not accept returns, we will replace your order only if:
The product arrived damaged, or
You received a wrong item compared to what you ordered.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Note: Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.
3. No Refunds on Replacement Cases
If approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
Refunds are not provided, even in damage-related scenarios.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the address provided is incorrect or undeliverable, Twizzle will not be responsible for failed delivery or refund. A reshipment fee may apply for re-delivery.
5. Gifts
All personalised gift items also follow the same No Return, No Refund policy.
Replacements are processed only for damage or incorrect product received.
